This is Top Secret 3D-challenge.
UFO (Unidentified Flying Object), Challenge is to make 3d UFOs. ..Ideas..
You can make any UFO you know, seen, heard or googled. There are too many shapes & designs to work with.

    General Notes:

    There will no obligation for a blog entry anymore. It is still allowed to post a link to your model or additional images, but it is not required anymore to submit a model to the challenges. The 3D Warehouse tag is still required though and should be added when uploading a model to the Warehouse.

    You can use the hyperlink code creator on the frontpage of the blog to create the code for a hyperlink in your message. Copy this code and paste it in the comment box on the place where your want the hyperlink to be.

    Challenge suggestions are welcome to be placed on the blog. Items will be noted and compiled on the moderator’s list. At that point, the initial comment for the suggestion may be deleted so as to maintain a streamline challenge thread for use of posting entries for the challenge and comments to models. Challenge suggestions have always been welcomed and taken under consideration.

    Please refrain from using background images in your models as it is the model itself that is being judged.

    You'll notice a new link on the main page that directs you to the First Place Certificate area to which winners are able to print a certificate with a picture of their model detailing their excellence. You can access the page through the main page of the blog.

    i've been visiting the 3d warehouse lately, and i found models that have tags that read ''OpenChallenge#4''. It seems like a 3d modelling challenge. Is there a website to it? if there is i wanna know it thanks.

    Those open-challenges are very starting of 3d challenges; that time the 3d-warehouse tag was ‘OpenChallenge#xx’. Not current challenges.

    Although it took an hour to make, it doesnt mean i didnt take alot of effort to make it, this is the coolest spaceship i have ever made.\

    Goldenfrog- we have already done an appliance challenge, although i think "spy" gadgets would be an awesome contest.

    also, i am real bad at making buildings ( ironic cause thats what sketchup is inteaded for ) so i dont like the idea of hotels.

    Website Updates-
    This site was 800-pixels wide for some reasons, but now we have make it 950-pixels wider(best from 1024x768 res & high) so we get more room to work with.if anyone see any browser incompatibility or trouble then let us know.

    if u want to vote, u would go to the comment post. and make a new comment. in that comment u would say who's entry should win first, second and third: here is an example:
    3 points: skyscraper by designmaster. u see that the first person u pick gets 3 points, the second gets 2 points and the third gets 1 point, as u can see the name of the entry was given with the name of the person who made it beside it, also with how many points they get in teh front: the person with the most points wins the challenge

    i just looked at the blueprints and soem others,t eh detail is crazy and there are so many differnent kinds of blueprints from battleships to high tech fighter planes. ckeck it out it is awesome

    Challenge suggestion: things on caterpillar track. For egzample; shopping cart, lawn mower, wheelchair, roller skate, segway, pram, etc. Things what would never get landing-gear like this, but they are able to roll after all.
