SketchUp 3D Challenge #269: Steamboat

Challenge Period: Monday, 31 July 2017 - Sunday, 13 August 2017

Steamboat

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A steamboat is a boat that is propelled primarily by steam power, typically driving propellers or paddlewheels. Steamboats sometimes use the prefix designation SS, S.S. or S/S (for 'Screw Steamer') or PS (for 'Paddle Steamer'), however these designations are most often used for Steamships.
The term steamboat is used to refer to smaller, insular, steam-powered boats working on lakes and rivers, particularly riverboats. As using steam became more reliable, steam power became applied to larger, ocean-going vessels.
For the purposes of this challenge, you are to model a steamboat designed for lakes and rivers.

3D Warehouse Hashtag: #3dchallenge269

Standard Participation Rules apply, see the Participation Manual for more information. Thanks to alfrebilbao for the challenge suggestion.

READ THIS -- Rule Change: Trimble has made the decision to phase out tags in the 3D Warehouse in favor of hashtags. This change is yet to take effect, however, to get ahead of the change, the SketchUp 3D Challenge will now require the hashtag supplied in the challenge post added to the Description of your model instead of using the soon to be phased-out Tags section in the 3D Warehouse.
- Only models with the given hashtag (including the '#') in the description of their model will count in the challenge. Note that there are no spaces hashtags.
- See this page in the SketchUp User Forums for more information about the switch to hashtags.
Reminder: Participants in challenges (those whom submit models) are required to vote when the challenge is over. This is to encourage the community aspect of the challenge by giving the other participants feedback on their work. If you don't submit a vote, your entry will be disqualified. The only exception is when just one entry is submitted to the challenge.
