    1. In challenge 259 I asked a similar question and Curtis's answer was: "no but we are in a high school class together"

    2. I have examined their entries and I can't tell. Curtis and Tyler posted their votes during the same minute which would be hard to do as the same person because they had to be logged into their blogger accounts Their modeling skills seems to be about the same but one uses more segments in their circles. One of the three seems to use a mix of Architectural and Simple styles for their models, one uses just simple and the other uses either Landscape architectural and simple. They all spelled sundial differently Of course all of this could be done to make it seem like they are different people. I don't know guys.

    3. But we can admit that they do not vote for the best models. They vote "between students", without taking into account the other participants (except Payal who is perhaps a student too) and voting rules...

      "Participation ManualV.5 :

Selecting the best model entry can be very subjective but here are some things to look for :

      - Relevance to the challenge topic
      - Cleanness of the modeling (see common mistakes tutorial on the blog) : lost lines, reversed faces, non using of components...
      - Level of creativity and accuracy : complex or curved faces and model, styles, layers...
      - Presentation of the model : using of textures, shadows, fog, animation..."

  9. we are three high school students. 2 seniors and one sophomore. we have a class at our school just for sketchup and we three are the most advanced thats why we do the challenges. We vote for who we think should win. We attend Graham High School in extreme small town ohio. If you want to investigate the matter you can get on twitter and look at Graham Local Schools and see all the videos we post. You can email our teacher Mr, Ebersold. His email would be on our school website. The is supposed to be a fun competition. We are not cheating...........

    1. You are not cheating and you really are 3 students. OK, thank you for your explanations. It was not so clear and other challengers already asked the same question.
Good luck and keep it up !

  11. Who cares if we dont vote for the best models. Thats your opinion. We are high schoolers why are you all making this such a big deal. Maybe we think we make better stuff than all of you. We dont want the same person winning all the time.

  12. if you have further questions you should attend a class. or cantact the school and investigate if this means that much to you. our principle sets in on our classes alot. He enjoys watching our students at work.

  14. I can see things have been settled now. I had full confidence that the three of you students were not the same person after examining your entries and your 3D Warehouse profiles. People have cheated by voting the same votes with multiple accounts but never have they gone through the trouble of creating three separate entries under three different warehouse accounts. :) Keep up the good work and thanks for your continuing participation.

For a next challenge, I suggest a helmet or a shoe or a wind mill...
